Reilly Homes Realty Private Limited is a company incorporated by its Promoters-cum-Directors named, Ms. Sangeetha Reddy and Mr. Belagihalli Narasimhegowda Madhu. As the name suggests the company works under Real-Estate Sector. It is involved in taking up projects such as plot development, residential projects, commercial projects and deals in various other sectors such as developing Industrial Parks, Software Technology Parks, Hardware Technology Parks, Bio-Technology Parks, Special Economic Zones, Information Technology Parks etc.

Ms. Sangeetha Reddy is having a total experience of 20+ years in the real estate business and has been an important part in establishing a well-known tech park at Bengaluru and has undertaken various other projects (Residential & Commercial Projects) under her directorships held at other companies.

Mr. Madhu B N having 20+ years’ experience in the finance domain has joined hands with Ms. Sangeetha for incorporating M/s Reilly Homes Realty Private Limited and making business by providing better infrastructural facilities to society in general.

Her journey in real estate was greatly influenced by her father and mentor, Mr. Reddy Veeranna, whose guidance was instrumental in her success.

Currently, Mrs. Sangeetha serves as a Director at Manyata Developers Private Limited, where she continues to lead transformative projects. Her strategic vision and expertise have been key in the successful development of several prominent projects, including Earthsong by Manyata, Manyata Midlands, and Spring Fields. These projects showcase her commitment to excellence, sustainability, and innovation in the real estate sector.
